Waggener Edstrom Worldwide, Inc. (“Waggener Edstrom”) owns and operates this Internet site http:/www.waggeneredstrom.com (the “Site”), located on servers in the United States. This Privacy Policy is designed to notify you about how we collect, use, disclose, and otherwise process data and personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) that we collect in connection with this Site, in connection with Waggener Edstrom products available or enabled via the Site (“Products”), and in certain “offline” circumstances, as specified below. The Site and the Products are intended for adult audiences, and Waggener Edstrom does not knowingly collect any Personal Information from anyone under 13 years of age.
Safe Harbor
Waggener Edstrom recognizes that the European Union (“EU”) has an “omnibus” data protection regime established pursuant to the European Data Protection Directive (95/46/EC) (“Directive”). Among other things, the Directive generally restricts the transfer of Personal Information about individuals in the European Union to the United States, unless there is “adequate protection” for such Personal Information when it is received in the United States. Online Information Collection and Use for Job Applicants
We will collect Personal Information about you through the Site if you choose to contact us through the Site or to utilize the Site’s online job application process. By doing so, we will receive your e-mail address, your name and any other Personal Information you provide in your message. If you contact us through the Site, we will use the Personal Information you provide to respond to your e-mail inquiry.
If you apply for employment using the Site’s online job application process, you will be required to create an online profile that you can then access using your login name and password. We will collect the following Personal Information from you to create your profile: name, home and work telephone numbers, e-mail address, mailing address, years of experience, and any other Personal Information that you provide us in a cover letter, comments or your resume or CV. We use the Personal Information you provide for your profile to help evaluate whether you are qualified for employment with us and to communicate current and future job opportunities.
Online Information Collection and Use for Products
As a visitor to this Site, you can engage in many activities without providing any Personal Information. However, in connection with other activities, such as utilizing online or hosted Products, Waggener Edstrom may ask you to provide certain information about yourself by filling out and submitting a form. It is optional for you to engage in these activities. How your Personal Information may be used for Products
Waggener Edstrom collects your information in order to record, support and facilitate your participation in the activities you select and to prevent fraud and unlawful use. If you subscribe to or register for Products, for example, the information is used to register your rights, if any, to facilitate technical support, if available, any, or to obtain any other benefits that may be made available to registered users. Your Personal Information may also be used to track customer preferences to provide a customized Site experience and keep you informed about product upgrades and other products and services of Waggener Edstrom. In addition, some Products require activation, which tracks information including acceptance of an applicable License Agreement.
In addition to collecting the Personal Information listed above, Waggener Edstrom may also collect certain kinds of information about your computer to facilitate, evaluate and verify your use of the Site and the Products, including the frequency with which you visit the Site or Products, the times and dates of your visits, the pages you reviewed, types of Services used, and how many users we receive daily. This information is generally collected in aggregate form, without identifying any user individually, although Internet protocol (“IP Address”) and Session ID in relation to purchases may be tracked as part of Waggener Edstrom’s customer order review and fraud prevention efforts. We use the IP Address of your computer addresses to identify server problems, administer the Site, and compile aggregated statistics for marketing and research purposes. Other ways your Personal Information may be used

This information may include Personal Information such as: name, telephone number, e-mail address, employer and other non-personal publicly available information, including professional achievements and articles published (“Influential Information”).
We use Influential Information to provide Influentials with information about Waggener Edstrom’s clients and related matters in connection with our public relations campaigns, research, and other related purposes.
Influentials whose Influential Information is stored in the Influential Database who either do not wish to be included in the Influential Database or to receive the information described above may opt-out of receiving further information by sending an email to the address provided in the email communication received from Waggener Edstrom or by using the contact information provided below to request removal from the Influential Database.
Disclosure of Personal Information
Waggener Edstrom typically discloses Influential Information to our clients in connection with the public relations campaigns and related services that we provide to them. Waggener Edstrom may also disclose Influential or Personal Information:

How your Personal Information is Protected
